On Friday, July 22, 2011, the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania broke ground on the new Our Lady of Grace Hall Assisted Living facility on the campus of Lourdes College. Bostleman is the construction manager for the project.The new 14,100 sf addition will be located adjacent to the Rosary Care Center Building on the Lourdes College campus. The new facility will include 17 assisted living suites, a shared warming kitchen/dining area, shared community area, and miscellaneous support spaces.
Construction will begin in mid-September of this year, and the facility is scheduled to be open the Summer of 2012.
